Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to lead recruitment, training and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators for Costco appearances. You will oversee product prep, presentation, and training while ensuring superb service to Club members, including participation in new location grand openings.

The role requires strong communication with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, and offers a set Tue-Sat schedule with full-time benefits and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years CPG experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities engaged in successful events, promotion and sales of vendor products
• Communicate strategies and tactics to achieve sales, service and operational excellence
• Support the maintenance and ongoing development of corporate governance framework, policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and costs
• Achieve revenue and net income objectives through sales activation, strategy and expense management
• Optimize customer satisfaction/loyalty through improved operations
