Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager for product demonstrations. You will recruit, train and supervise in-store demonstrators, oversee product prep and presentation, and train staff to deliver excellent customer service across Costco locations.

Responsibilities include coordinating between warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, and supporting grand openings. This role offers full-time benefits and a set Tue-Sat schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years in client-side branded consumer goods or related experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Ability to manage and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety.
• Train Demonstrators in demonstration prep and customer service.
• Communicate between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as needed.
