Job summary

Sharp Performance is hiring an Events Coordinator to own logistics for every trade show and conference, from contract to wrap-up, reporting to Growth Marketing and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development. You’ll ensure booths are booked, shipped, set up on time and on budget, with strong attention to detail and proactive planning.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years' experience in event coordination or executive support, including trade shows or conferences, and are comfortable

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in event coordination or executive assistance.
• Experience with trade shows or conferences.
• Experience with events in public safety or government markets is a plus.
• Notion experience preferred for documenting processes.

Responsibilities

• Register booths and manage exhibitor deadlines and badges.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and track payments.
• Build and manage event budgets.
• Arrange travel, flights, hotels, and reservations.
• Prepare Notion prep doc with schedule and contacts.
• Ship materials and ensure on-time delivery.
