Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking an Events Associate to support trade shows, field marketing events, and customer programs. You will handle registrations, booth logistics, and inventory management while coordinating with multiple vendors and platforms.

The role also includes contributing to the User Conference Pantheon and assisting with budget tracking. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in event management, a customer-service mindset, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute logistics for trade shows and events, including registrations and vendor coordination.
• Oversee swag, show supplies, orders, inventory, and shipping logistics.
• Manage event software (Salesforce, Tableau, Airtable, Captello, Cvent).
• Lead projects related to the User Conference Pantheon.
• Assist with budgets, expenses, and various event-related projects.
