Job summary

Clear Touch is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Coordinator to support our event execution. You will help manage the readiness of equipment for 100+ trade shows and product evaluations hosted by Clear Touch and affiliated brands.

This role emphasizes hands-on prep, inventory accuracy, and logistics across event materials, vans, and crates. You will report to the Event Warehouse Coordinator and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or organizational duties.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Experience supporting event logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive and process warehouse stock (pick, unload, label, store).
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Complete daily logs for inventory and shipments.
• Pack supplies for trade shows and events in sprinter vans or crates.
• Distribute marketing materials to staff and resellers.
• Keep event materials organized with up-to-date inventory.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment preventively.
