Job summary

Guest Services is seeking a Food Prep/Server to support events by preparing ingredients, serving meals, and maintaining clean, organized kitchen spaces. Hours are based on booked events and compensation is wage-based.

The role emphasizes food safety, sanitation, and strong customer service while working in a fast-paced environment. Training and safe operation of kitchen equipment are expected as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Partial High School education or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification required.
• Strong sanitation habits and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, daily menus, and supervisor's instructions.
• Take temperatures at regular intervals and maintain foods in sufficient quantities while minimizing waste.
• Prepare and arrange food for serving; ensure proper presentation of all food items.
• Clean counters, equipment, and general work area.
• Replenish and inventory food items and supplies in serving lines or storerooms.
• Cook short order and catering items on serving lines; perform simple food prep.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen sanitation and equipment cleaning schedule.
