Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and daily menus.
• Take temperatures and maintain safe, sufficient quantities to minimize waste.
• Prepare and present food for serving with proper presentation.
• Provide friendly, patient customer service when taking orders.
• Serve orders quickly and accurately to customers.
• Clean counters, equipment, and work area.
• Replenish inventory and manage food items in serving areas.
• Assist with loading/unloading inventory from trucks.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and equipment cleaning schedule.
• Follow safety protocols and report issues to management.
