Qualifications

• Reading/writing in English required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and menus.
• Take temperatures and maintain adequate quantities while minimizing waste.
• Prepare and arrange food for serving with proper presentation.
• Clean counters, equipment, and work area.
• Replenish and inventory food items and supplies in serving lines or storerooms.
• Assist with loading/unloading inventory from trucks.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and equipment cleaning schedule.
• Report safety issues to the manager.
