Qualifications

• Experience operating standard kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, fresh food for guests in a timely manner.
• Operate standard kitchen utensils and equipment in concession stands.
• Prepare hot and cold foods following recipes and portioning requirements.
• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent service and delivery of product.
• Report maintenance needs for kitchen equipment.
• Adhere to health, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
• Observe and test foods to ensure proper cooking.
• Portion, arrange, and garnish plates for delivery to guests.
• Demonstrate pride, resolve issues, and assist co-workers as needed.
• Maintain excellent attendance and reliability.
