Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen.

• Deep knowledge of food prep, safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute food according to procedures.
