Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking an entry-level to mid-level cook to support culinary operations for our premium sports and entertainment venues. Under direction of the Executive Culinary Team, you will follow recipes, prepare hot and cold dishes, and maintain station readiness across multiple stations during events.

This role requires 2–3 years cooking/food prep in premium service, strong teamwork, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of cooking/food prep experience in premium service, catering, or concessions.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and management.
• Strong commitment to customer and client service with culinary skills.
• Able to work extended hours including late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and cook to the specified standards and quality.
• Set up and maintain stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Support hot and cold production, sauces, stocks, and basic butchery tasks.
• Assist with event execution and expedite service as needed.
• Maintain health/sanitation compliance and safety across the kitchen.
