As a part-time Guest Services staffer, you will assist with event setup, guide guests, answer questions, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications include 18+, HS diploma, customer-service experience, strong communication, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or event-related roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming attendees and assisting with needs.
• Assist with event setup, signage placement and related tasks.
• Monitor areas for cleanliness, organization and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event and facilities.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions and exits.
• Address inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and a positive experience.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain high professionalism.
