Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or as required by local law.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or event-related experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for diverse guests.
• Strong problem-solving skills with poise in high-pressure situations.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist event attendees with a warm, helpful approach.
• Assist with event setup, signage placement, and related tasks.
