Job summary

ASM Global is seeking Event Staff Supervisors to manage guest relations at events. You will greet guests, direct them through entry, and screen for prohibited items while coordinating with supervisors for quick issue resolution.

The role emphasizes safety, professional presentation, and strong customer service. You will assist with incident reporting and adapt to events that occur during days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; an Associate degree or higher is desirable.
• Or 1-year related experience and/or training.
• Customer service background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct guests entering the building.
• Screen guests for prohibited items and manage crowd flow.
• Coordinate with managers/supervisors via two-way radio for efficient responses.
• Identify hazards and maintain safe event logistics.
• Observe attendee behavior before, during, and after events.
• Represent ASM Global with professional customer service.
• Handle guest complaints and route to management.
• Follow all facility rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Complete incident reports for on-site injuries when required.
• Promote a safe working environment and adhere to life safety programs.
• Maintain open availability for events including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Uphold company image and public relations with staff and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Event & Security leadership.
