Job summary

ASM Global is seeking an Event Support Associate to assist with event day duties, reporting to the Office Manager at our venue.

You will clock employees in and out, direct staff and temporary workers to assigned locations, and manage uniforms from checkout to return.

The role requires stamina for long hours, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a strong commitment to safety and guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift as required.
• Ability to remain calm under stressful situations.
• Strong guest service orientation and positive body language.
• Flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees in clocking and clocking out.
• Direct employees, temporary workers, and NPOs to assigned locations.
• Launder, organize and distribute uniforms.
• Collect uniforms at the end of the event.
• Set up and break down check in areas and employee meals.
• Ensure all associates follow safety protocols.
• Support other tasks as assigned.
