Job summary

Concordia University, St. Paul is seeking a CSP Student Employee to support athletic events and Conference & Event Services. Duties include opening/closing facilities, assisting with setup, maintaining order, and serving as a guest ambassador.

You must be enrolled as a CSP student, have a U.S. Social Security number, valid I-9 ID, and be in good academic standing. Strong verbal communication and dependable work ethic are essential; ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a CSP student.
• Must have United States social security number.
• Must have proper identification for Form I-9.
• Be in good standing with CSP academic requirements.

Responsibilities

• Open/close main facility and support buildings (restrooms, press box, ticket booth, training room).
• Enforce facility policies and regulations.
• Maintain clean and presentable facility for all participants and guests; maintain neat equipment storage.
• Assist with setup, tear down or moving of equipment (tables, chairs, benches, goals).
• Delivery, setup, and tear-down of AV and other equipment; scoreboard operation.
• Communicate via shift reports to supervisor and follow University security measures.
• Welcome guests and visitors; answer questions and refer as needed; act as ambassador to Conference & Event Services.
