Vinarosa Resort, managed by Ensemble Hospitality, seeks a Banquet Manager to deliver service that reflects our dedication to guest experiences, teamwork, and precise execution of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).

You will coordinate with culinary, beverage and operations teams, set up and reset spaces, ensure food safety, and provide polished guest service during meetings, celebrations, and special events. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Banquet or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow detailed event instructions accurately.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute banquet and event service in strict accordance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Set up, break down, and reset event spaces to specification and brand standards.
• Provide polished, attentive guest service throughout events.
• Coordinate service timing with culinary, beverage, and operations teams.
• Ensure proper handling of food, beverages, and event equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event venues.
• Comply with food safety and responsible alcohol service requirements.
• Support service recovery and guest issue resolution as needed.
