Job summary

Vinarosa Resort invites applications for a Banquet Server to contribute to memorable events with polished guest service and precise event execution. You will support BEO-driven service, assist with setup and breakdown, and uphold brand standards across indoor and outdoor venues.

Qualifications

Previous banquet or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow detailed event instructions accurately.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Execute banquet and event service in strict accordance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
Set up, break down, and reset event spaces to specification and brand standards
Provide polished, attentive guest service throughout events
Coordinate service timing with culinary, beverage, and operations teams
Ensure proper handling of food, beverages, and event equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of event venues
Comply with food safety and responsible alcohol service requirements
Support service recovery and guest issue resolution as needed
