Job summary

Bright Event Rentals in Austin is seeking a Driver Installer to safely transport, install, and remove event rental equipment. You will work with Dispatch, Operations, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveries and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include loading, securing, and unloading gear, installing tents and temporary structures, and maintaining inventory accuracy while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to safely operate company delivery vehicles with DOT compliance.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and customer service.
• Ability to prioritize and solve routine problems in a fast-paced warehouse/job-site.
• Physical ability to lift 50–100 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles following DOT requirements and company policies.
• Load, secure, transport, unload, and return event rental equipment accurately.
• Install and remove tents, furniture, staging, lighting, and related items at events.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team during deliveries and pickups.
• Prepare vehicles and orders for daily warehouse and job-site activities.
• Verify equipment and quantities to support inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with Dispatch, Operations, and warehouse teams to complete work safely.
• Follow PPE and safe-lifting practices at all times.
