Job summary

Bright Event Rentals is seeking a Seasonal Full-Time Driver/Installer to safely deliver, install, and pick up rental equipment at client locations. This hands-on role combines driving with loading, unloading, setup, and removal of event products.

Shifts begin at a Bright warehouse, coordinating with Dispatch and Field Operations to ensure timely, proper installation. The team emphasises safety, reliability, and collaboration across sites and events.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to operate vans, pickups, flatbeds, and box trucks up to 24 feet.
• Pass background and driving record checks.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull for extended periods.
• Strong communication with clients, Dispatch, and teammates.
• Follow routes, installation instructions, and safety procedures.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Shift start/end at Bright warehouse; outdoor work in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles and perform deliveries and transfers.
• Load, unload, and install event equipment (tables, chairs, flooring, lighting, tents, etc.).
• Ensure quantities and event details match before leaving warehouse/site.
• Coordinate with Dispatch regarding progress and site conditions.
• Provide professional, respectful service at client locations.
• Maintain organized vehicles and return gear and paperwork properly.
• Support other deliveries, installations, and warehouse tasks when needed.
