Job summary

Bright Event Rentals LLC is seeking a Seasonal Full-Time Driver/Installer to deliver, install, and pickup rental equipment at client sites for events. The role combines driving with hands-on setup and teardown, starting from the Bright warehouse and coordinating with Dispatch and Field Operations to ensure timely, safe, and accurate installations.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to pass background and driving record check.
• Ability to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles and deliver/return equipment on time.
• Load and unload rental equipment while preventing damage.
• Install and dismantle event equipment (tables, chairs, flooring, lighting, tents, dishware).
• Verify equipment quantities and event details before leaving warehouse and site.
• Coordinate with Dispatch on route progress and site conditions.
• Provide professional service at client locations and follow safety procedures.
