Job summary

Bright Event Rentals in Grand Prairie, TX, is seeking a Driver Installer to safely transport, install, and remove rental equipment for events. You will work with Dispatch, Operations, warehouse teams, and clients to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality service.

You must have a valid driver's license, follow DOT regs, lift up to 100 pounds, and communicate professionally with customers. A flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime, is required.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate company delivery vehicles and follow applicable DOT requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to regularly lift and move 50–100 pounds and work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles while following DOT requirements and company policies.
• Load, secure, transport, unload, and return event rental equipment accurately and efficiently.
• Install and remove event products (tents, furniture, staging, lighting, etc.).
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members during deliveries, installations, and pickups.
• Prepare vehicles, equipment, and orders for daily warehouse and job-site activities.
• Verify equipment and quantities during deliveries and pickups to support accurate inventory.
• Organize, palletize, and store rental equipment in the warehouse.
• Follow PPE, safe lifting, and job-site practices at all times.
• Collaborate with Dispatch, Operations, and warehouse teams to complete scheduled work safely and on time.
• Troubleshoot routine site challenges and report concerns affecting safety, service, or scheduling.
