Job summary

Bright Event Rentals in Phoenix is seeking a Seasonal Full-Time Driver/Installer to deliver, install, and pick up rental equipment at client locations. Each shift begins at the Bright warehouse, coordinating with Dispatch to ensure timely arrivals and proper setup.

This hands-on role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to drive up to 24-foot vehicles, and physical stamina. Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to support event schedules.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background and driving record checks.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull for extended periods.
• Strong communication with clients, Dispatch, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles and follow traffic laws and Bright policies.
• Complete delivery, pickup, and transfer routes on time.
• Perform vehicle inspections and report safety concerns.
• Load and unload equipment, protect products from damage.
• Install and dismantle event equipment (tables, chairs, flooring, lighting, tents).
• Confirm equipment quantities and event details before leaving warehouse/site.
• Communicate route progress and site conditions to Dispatch.
• Provide professional service at client locations.
• Follow safety procedures and organize vehicles and returns.
• Support other deliveries, installations, or warehouse needs as scheduled.
