Job summary

Bright Event Rentals LLC is seeking a Driver Installer to transport, install, and remove event rental equipment for weddings, corporate events, and large gatherings in the Austin area. You will work with Dispatch, Operations, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality customer experiences.

The role requires lifting 50–100 pounds, flexible scheduling including weekends, and adherence to safety practices on job sites. Prior event rentals or logistics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles per DOT requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, communication, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles adhering to DOT rules and policies.
• Load, transport, and unload event rental equipment accurately and efficiently.
• Install and remove tents, furniture, staging, lighting, and related items.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members during deliveries and pickups.
• Prepare vehicles and orders for daily warehouse and site activities.
• Verify equipment and quantities to maintain accurate inventory.
