Job summary

Quest Events in Austin, TX seeks an Event Installer Lead/Driver to manage a team of installers, operate box trucks, and ensure superb customer service at venues.

You will load/unload gear, drive safely, coordinate drop-offs/pickups, and oversee on-site setup and striking of drape, furniture, and hardware across multiple events with 0–30+ hours per week, potential for full-time.

Strong leadership, reliability, and communication are essential to keep crews productive and customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a field installation crew or similar leadership role.
• Ability to maintain professional conduct and safety on job sites.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in sets and strikes at event venues.
• Lead and manage a team of installers.
• Deliver and pick-up gear/crew to event venues.
• Prepare daily activities in warehouse and on-site.
• Load and unload company vehicles at warehouse and on jobsites.
• Complete warehouse tasks after on-site work.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
