Job summary

Bright Event Rentals in Austin, TX is seeking a Dispatch Associate to keep deliveries on track, route jobs, and support drivers and crews throughout the day. You will use GPS and routing software to plan efficient routes while ensuring safety and timely arrivals.

You’ll coordinate with clients and the sales team, respond to inquiries promptly, and maintain high service standards across fast-paced events and multiple projects.
