Bright is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to lead field staff in the timely delivery, setup, removal, and pickup of rental equipment for events in Austin, TX. You will coordinate with sales, dispatch, vendors, and clients to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have proven supervisory experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the event industry and supervising staff.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organization.
• Ability to coordinate field activities across multiple events.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead field staff for delivery, setup, removal, and pickup of rental equipment.
• Oversee production meetings with sales, dispatch, and vendors for clear communication.
• Promote safety per Bright Safety Plan and ensure PPE use.
• Train staff in time management, equipment handling, and installation.
• Manage labor schedules and monthly goals; assist with fleet management.
• Conduct pre-event site visits and provide dispatch support for routing.
