Job summary

Bright Event Rentals LLC is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor in Austin, TX to guarantee safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction in the field. You will lead the delivery, setup, removal, and pickup of rental equipment, coordinating with sales, dispatch, vendors, and clients to ensure events run smoothly per contract.

You will oversee staff, implement safety protocols, and train teams in time management and equipment handling.

Qualifications

• Experience in event production or rental operations.
• Proven track record supervising staff with leadership skills.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organization; able to manage multiple events.
• Ability to coordinate field activities and meet production objectives.
• Experience with dispatch, routing, and fleet management systems.
• Willingness to pass background check and drug test.
• Open availability for weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Manage field staff for timely delivery, setup, removal, and pickup of rental equipment per client specs.
• Oversee production meetings with sales, dispatch, Field Operations, vendors, and clients to ensure clear communication.
• Promote safety through the Bright Safety Plan, ensuring PPE use and safety standards.
• Lead training in time management, equipment handling, and installation.
• Ensure compliance with Bright policies and professional standards.
• Assist with fleet management, including repairs, maintenance, and fuel costs.
• Manage labor schedules and develop plans to meet monthly goals.
• Conduct pre-event site visits to account for all logistics.
• Provide dispatch support for routing and meeting client expectations.
• Ensure high-quality inventory and installations to guarantee client satisfaction.
