Job summary

Bright in Grand Prairie, TX seeks a Dispatch Associate to keep delivery operations on track. You will route jobs, support drivers, and coordinate with crews to meet client needs while adhering to safety and efficiency goals.

You will handle customer inquiries, respond to emails and calls, and serve as the bridge between field teams and the office. This role requires strong organisation, GPS know-how, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with GPS software applications and routing platforms.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Open availability including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage drivers and operations to meet safety and efficiency standards.
• Assist with planning routes for jobs and crews using GPS software.
• Provide timely responses to emails, calls, and requests.
• Communicate with clients in time-sensitive situations and support sales inquiries.
• Collaborate with drivers and crews to resolve delivery issues.
• Multi-task last-minute requests while following established routes.
• Explain equipment use to team members and clients.
• Build professional relationships with drivers and lead by example.
