Bright Event Rentals in Texas is seeking a Dispatch Associate to plan routes, support drivers, and assist clients and the sales team. You’ll use GPS routing software to meet client needs, ensure safety, and keep deliveries on schedule.

This role requires strong communication and teamwork across field and office to resolve issues quickly. You will collaborate with drivers and crews, manage changing priorities, and help ensure events run smoothly from dispatch to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with GPS software applications and routing platforms.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office tools.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage the work of drivers and the operations team.
• Assist with planning routes for jobs and crews using GPS software.
• Provide timely responses to emails, calls, and requests.
• Communicate with clients in time-sensitive situations and support sales inquiries.
• Collaborate with drivers and crews to resolve delivery issues.
• Multi-task last-minute requests alongside established routes.
• Explain equipment use to team members and clients.
• Build professional relationships with drivers and staff.
