Job summary

Curated Events DMV is seeking a Dispatcher to join our team. This entry-level role supports the day-to-day dispatching of delivery personnel and truck fleets under supervision.

You will communicate with drivers, coordinate deliveries, and notify clients of changes, while learning the POR Dispatch module and expanding operational knowledge in a warehouse and field environment. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position suitable for individuals with limited installation experience who are progressing toward intermediate proficiency.
• Ability to learn and effectively use the POR Dispatch module and other relevant tools.
• Capable of driving tasks if required and training on smaller vehicles up to 26' crew cabs.
• Strong communication, dependable and detail-oriented to ensure dispatch accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatching delivery personnel and vehicles per client contracts.
• Maintain continuous driver communication to provide directions and handle changes.
• Notify clients promptly about delivery updates.
• Participate in cross-training and learn to drive smaller vehicles.
• Develop proficiency in the POR Dispatch module.
• Troubleshoot route-related issues to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Support the team to maintain high delivery standards.
