Job summary

Naples Botanical Garden is seeking an Event Coordinator to supervise all public and private events on site, from inquiries to execution. You will coordinate calendars, work with multiple departments, and manage external vendors to ensure memorable experiences for visitors and clients.

You will be a power user of Tripleseat and Monday.com, handling event timelines, setups, contracts, floorplans, and on-site supervision with a flexible schedule to meet festival and fundraising needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3+ years of event or nonprofit experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio; familiarity with Monday.com and Tripleseat.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate external bookings and event timelines with vendors.
• Maintain internal and external event calendars and liaise with departments.
• Provide on-site supervision and ensure professional execution of events.
• Prepare contracts, invoices, and insurance documentation.
