Job summary

Naples Botanical Garden in Naples, FL is seeking a Seasonal Visitor Services Associate to greet guests, assist with admissions, memberships, and information, and support daily operations at the Visitor Center.

You will work with Garden staff and volunteers, maintain a welcoming appearance, and handle a POS system with daily balancing. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Kreyol is a plus.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming members and guests in a prompt and welcoming manner.
• Must be willing to be in the presence of dogs on our dog admission days.
• Occasionally may be asked to check in or greet visitors outside of ticketing booths.
• Always maintain a professional appearance and professional conduct.
• Efficiently and accurately operate a POS system, including daily balancing.
• Relay information about day-to-day operations, events, and calendars to visitors.
• Promotes and sells Garden Memberships.
• Open and close the Visitor Center when scheduled.
• Maintain the Visitor Center appearance, stock maps/brochures, and assist with mobility aids.
• Other duties as assigned.
