Job summary

Fooda, Inc. in the Los Angeles area seeks a part-time Roaming Coordinator to support onsite events across multiple food programs. You will set up and tear down, assist with operations, and help ensure a high-quality customer experience at each site.

You will travel between venues, staying within a 15-mile radius of 90806, and drive between locations as needed. Prior catering or serving experience is strongly preferred, and you must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Roaming Coordinator of North LA—most locations North of the 10 freeway.
• Must be within 15 miles of 90806 and able to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including onsite setup and teardown, cleaning equipment and site areas, problem-solving, and ensuring high-quality setup and customer experience.
• Gain competency with Fooda's technology and standard operations procedures.
• Resolve issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communications.
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer.
• Facilitate audits of restaurant event setup to ensure consistency and high quality.
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve.

What You'll Be Doing

• Criticalhours range from Monday - Friday 10am-2pm
