Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Event Planning Team.
• Answer phones and guide clients for Event Planning Team.
• Organize internal bookings and group resumes.
• Assist with event orders, floor plans, and VIP arrivals.
• Collaborate with hotel departments and vendors.
• Assist with event billing and post-event follow-up.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business.
