Qualifications

• 1–2 years supervisory experience in high-volume hotel banquets or event services.
• Strong knowledge of banquet logistics, table settings, and service styles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create an inclusive, engaging environment reflecting Hyatt values.
• Supervise setup, execution, and teardown of events with adherence to BEOs and timelines.
• Maintain a visible floor presence, engaging with clients, guests, and team members.
• Oversee daily service across event shifts ensuring Forbes 5-Star standards.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and assign tasks with clear expectations.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of banquet equipment and spaces.
