The role emphasizes organization, proactive planning, and precise execution under tight timelines. You will gain hands-on experience coordinating end-to-end events and managing budgets and materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning and logistics required; tradeshow logistics a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Strict adherence to timelines and consistency in meeting deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal teams and external vendors.
• Proactive, highly organized and detail-oriented in planning, documentation and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing logistics for events and trade shows, including retroplanning, timelines, product ordering, and venue research.
• Support RSVP management and coordinate event details to keep plans accurate and on track.
• Communicate with third-party vendors such as production agencies, venues, florists, photographers, A/V and entertainment companies.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams across Digital, Marketing, Education, and Creative to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Support budget ownership by tracking spending, negotiating costs, opening purchase orders, and processing chargebacks.
