Responsibilities

• Coordinate events from planning through post-event wrap-up, managing timelines, budgets, logistics, and branding.
• Oversee trade show operations, including booth setup, shipping, exhibitor coordination, and show services.
• Source vendors, compare quotes, support contract negotiations and invoice reconciliation.
• Maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate planning meetings, communicate updates, track action items, and ensure compliance with procurement, finance, brand, and operational guidelines.
