Job summary

Clear Touch is seeking a part-time Warehouse Coordinator to support event execution across 100+ trade shows and product evaluations. You will ensure ready-to-ship state of equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and keep the warehouse organized.

This role blends strategic planning with hands-on logistics, reporting to the Event Warehouse Coordinator, and requires comfort with lifting up to 75 lbs and operating warehouse vehicles as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or organizational work.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Complete daily logs for inventory and shipments.
• Pack and prep supplies for trade shows and events.
• Distribute marketing materials to staff and resellers.
• Keep event materials organized with up‑to‑date inventory.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment preventively.
