The ideal candidate is highly organized with 2-3 years of event planning experience, strong vendor and budget management skills, and excellent communication to liaise with sponsors, clients, and venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in event planning and coordination.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
• Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and deadlines.
• Liaise with stakeholders, sponsors, and clients to understand their needs and ensure event objectives are met.
• Manage on-site event execution, overseeing setup, guest experience, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive ticket sales and attendance for events.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback and reporting on success metrics to identify areas for improvement.
