Qualifications

• Proven experience in facility coordination, event management, or operations, preferably within a sports context.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with sports facility requirements and maintenance best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, often with flexible hours.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to public facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling of all sports facilities, including fields, courts, and arenas, for training, matches, and events.
• Oversee the routine maintenance, cleaning, and repair of sports facilities and equipment.
• Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance or repairs.
• Ensure all facilities meet safety regulations and implement preventative safety measures.
• Maintain an inventory of facility supplies and equipment, managing procurement as needed.
• Liaise with sports teams, event organizers, and internal departments to meet facility requirements.
