Job summary

Fooda is seeking a part-time Event Coordinator in Las Cruces, NM to support onsite event setup, teardown, and customer service. You will collaborate with local restaurants to ensure quality experiences and use Fooda technology for operations.

The role fits a hospitality Or events background with regular business hours Monday–Friday in a flexible 20–25 hour schedule. Ideal candidates are friendly, energetic, tech-savvy, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high service

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

• Comfortable using technology and operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Onsite setup, tear down, cleaning equipment, and ensuring quality customer experience.
• Learn Fooda’s technology and standard operating procedures.
• Resolve issues with orders, deliveries, or communications in real time.
• Provide on-site customer service to resolve issues promptly with customers.
• Audit restaurant event setups for consistency and quality.
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager as needed.

Fooda is currentlyrecruiting for a part timeEvent Coordinator in our Las Cruces, New Mexico market.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a hospitality or events background who are eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support a broad network of excellent local restaurants.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including: being onsite to set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high quality set-up and customer experience
• Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures
• Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer
• Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
• On-site Schedule: Monday through Friday 9AM-2PM(Breakfast Shift) & Monday through Friday 3PM- 8PM (Evening Shift)

• You’re someone who knows the local territory and gets around efficiently in your own car
• You’re looking for a steady part-time job (between 20-25hours per week) during regular business hours and value flexibility
• Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
