Job summary

Fooda is seeking a part-time Event Coordinator to support on-site events in the Eastvale market. You will handle setup, teardown, provide on-site service, troubleshoot orders, and ensure a top-notch guest experience while collaborating with local restaurant partners.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or events background, are tech-savvy, dependable, and able to drive in your own car. This role offers 15–25 hours per week with potential for advancement and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Set up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas.

• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when needed.
• Support events in various capacities on-site.

Fooda is currently recruiting for a part timeEvent Coordinator in our Eastvale market. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a hospitality or events background who are eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support a broad network of excellent local restaurants.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including: being onsite to set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high quality set-up and customer experience
• Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures
• Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer
• Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
• Criticalhours range fromMonday - Thursday 10am-2pm (option to pick up more hours on weekends)

• You’re someone who knows the local territory and gets around efficiently in your own car
• You’re looking for a steady part-time job (between 15- 25hours per week) during regular business hours and value flexibility
• Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
