Job summary

Fooda is seeking an Event Coordinator in Ohio to support onsite events, manage setup and teardown, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. The role is part-time (5–25 hours per week) with flexible daytime hours and occasional extended shifts.

You will work with Fooda technology, help resolve issues, and coach users on the app, while maintaining strong relationships with partner restaurants. Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, are tech-savvy, and can thrive in a fast-paced

• Past catering or serving work is preferred.

• Comfort with technology and learning new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down events onsite; maintain clean equipment and areas.
• Troubleshoot POS and onsite technology; address email and delivery issues.
• Provide on-site customer service and resolve issues in real time.
• Promote Fooda events and coach users on the mobile app.
• Conduct audits of restaurant setups and escalate issues as needed.

Fooda is currentlyrecruiting for a full timeEvent Coordinator in our Ohio market.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a hospitality or events background who are eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support a broad network of excellent local restaurants.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including: being onsite to set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high quality set-up and customer experience
• Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures
• Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication
• Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale (POS) system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
• Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer
• Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
• Critical hours are over lunch we have 2 positions availableMonday - Friday(10 am – 2 pm)but responsibilities may span 8am-4pm, depending on the market and need

• You are organized and detail oriented. Type-A personality is a plus!
• You’re someone who knows the local territory and gets around efficiently in your own car
• You’re looking for a steady part-time job (between 5 - 25 hours per week) during regular business hours and value flexibility
• Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
