Job summary

Fooda is hiring a part-time Event Coordinator for the Las Cruces, NM market. You’ll support events onsite, manage setup and teardown, and ensure high-quality customer experiences while using Fooda’s technology and procedures.

You’ll engage with local restaurants, provide real-time service, and work a split schedule to cover breakfast and evening shifts. Previous catering/serving experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or events background preferred.
• Part-time (20–25 hours/week) during regular business hours.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support Fooda events onsite: set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas.
• Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and procedures.
• Problem-solve issues such as incorrect orders or late deliveries.
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues.
• Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up for consistency and quality.
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager as needed.

Fooda is currentlyrecruiting for a part timeEvent Coordinator in our Las Cruces, New Mexico market.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a hospitality or events background who are eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support a broad network of excellent local restaurants.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including: being onsite to set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high quality set-up and customer experience
• Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures
• Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer
• Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
• On-site Schedule: Monday through Friday 9AM-2PM(Breakfast Shift) & Monday through Friday 3PM- 8PM (Evening Shift)

• You’re someone who knows the local territory and gets around efficiently in your own car
• You’re looking for a steady part-time job (between 20-25hours per week) during regular business hours and value flexibility
• Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
