Fooda is hiring a full-time Event Coordinator for our Conesville market. This role focuses on onsite setup, problem-solving, and ensuring high-quality guest experiences during lunch service. You’ll work with a network of local restaurants and Fooda technology to deliver seamless events.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or events experience, is tech-savvy, energetic, and capable of communicating clearly with customers. A valid driver’s license and reliable car are preferred for local travel.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or events background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onsite setup and teardown; ensure clean equipment and site areas.
• Learn and follow Fooda’s technology and SOPs.
• Resolve issues like incorrect orders or late deliveries.
• Troubleshoot POS, onsite tech, and TV menu boards as needed.
• Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and coaching of the mobile app.
• Provide real-time customer service to resolve issues with consumers.
• Check restaurant event setup for consistency and quality
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when needed
• Hours largely during lunch (6am–2:30pm), may extend to 7am–4pm as market demands

Fooda is currently recruiting for a full time Event Coordinator in our Conesville market. What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including: being onsite to set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high quality set-up and customer experience
• Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures
• Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication
• Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale (POS) system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
• Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer
• Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
• Critical hours are over lunch Monday - Friday (6am – 2:30pm) but responsibilities may span 7am-4pm, depending on the market and need

• You’re someone who knows the local territory and gets around efficiently in your own car
• You’re looking for a steady full-time job (between 35 - 40 hours per week) during regular business hours and value flexibility
• Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
