Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify guest eligibility and seating in the Event Center.
• Check tickets and guide guests to seats.
• Answer questions about events, venue, and casino offerings.
• Explain promotions and provide casino/hotel information on request.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service per company standards.
• Report escalated guest issues and suspicious activity to leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of property information.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and report issues.
• Maintain confidentiality in all matters.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
