Job summary

Aramark in Reno, NV is seeking a Catering Services Worker to support event operations, assist with setup and breakdown, transport equipment and food, and serve guests during events.

You will work with the catering team to ensure smooth service, maintain clean food‑service areas, and follow safety policies. Prior customer service or catering experience is preferred; ability to work event-based hours and complete food handling/alcohol service training is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Willingness to follow dress code and safety policies.
• Must complete Food Handling training.
• Must complete Alcohol Service training.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service according to client requests and banquet event order.
• Transport and deliver catering food and supplies.
• Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and event equipment.
• Replenish food and beverages during events.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas.
• Break down and clean up after events and return equipment to storage.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
