Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Services Worker to support the event operations team in delivering successful catering orders and events at our location. You will assist with setup, transport of equipment and food, serving guests, and post-event cleanup.

Responsibilities include setting up banquet lines, replenishing supplies, maintaining clean service areas, and providing outstanding customer service while following safety policies. Prior catering or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Prior catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Follow the required dress code as assigned.
• Available to work event-based hours.
• Ability to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service according to client/customer requests and banquet event order.
• Transport and deliver catering food and beverages with all vital supplies and equipment.
• Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment as requested in banquet event order.
• Replenish Food and Beverage products during events.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events.
• Pickup and clean up food and beverage deliveries after service.
• Break down and clean area after the conclusion of the events and return equipment to accurate storage.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
