Job summary

ARAMARK is seeking a Catering Services Worker to support the event operations team in running catering orders and events at our location. You will help with event setup, transport of equipment and supplies, service to guests, and post-event breakdown and cleaning.

This role may involve lifting and standing for long periods. Previous customer service or catering experience is preferred, and you must be able to work event-based hours and complete any required food handling and alcohol service

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow the required dress code.
• Must be available to work event-based hours.
• Must be able to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service according to client requests and banquet event order.
• Transport and deliver catering food and beverages with supplies and equipment.
• Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment as requested in banquet event order.
• Replenish Food and Beverage products during events.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events.
• Pickup and clean up food and beverage deliveries after service.
• Break down and clean area after the conclusion of the events and return equipment to storage.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
